Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy, including market research, target audience identification, competitive analysis, and product positioning
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our product from competitors
- Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, PR, etc.) to ensure a successful launch and align strategy
- Develop sales enablement materials and tools to equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively sell the product. Develop demo experiences, influencer seeding programs and interactive setups to drive engagement
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences and to drive product improvements and marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10 years of experience in GTM, product marketing within the consumer electronics industry
- Deep understanding of the consumer electronics market and wearable technology trends
- Proven track record of successful product launches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
