Job Description
Q Analysts is looking for Moderators to help support several different projects for our client Microsoft. Role will be onsite in Redmond, WA and is a long-term project opportunity.
Moderators are primarily responsible for (but not limited to):
- Interacting with participant(s) and leading them through data collection projects
- Using Client tools to label/tag data
This role requires an ability to work independently and as a team based on verbal input from the client. It also requires a quick ability to learn new systems and processes and make recommendations leveraging their past experiences.
Moderator
- Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
- Approach & recruit participants for the project
- Label/tag data to reach the targeted daily goal
- Understand/consistently execute scripts for every phase of a project
- Build/Socialize Project End of Day Reports
- Total captures for the day, summary, issues occurred, etc.
- Convey Specific Project Details to High-Ranking Clients
- Execute Basic Technology Troubleshooting
- Interact with various hardware & software
- Use analytical skills to troubleshoot problem quickly or escalate to appropriate authorities (when necessary)
Qualifications

- Annotation, tagging or labeling data experience
- Experience with Agile, Kanban or Scrum methodology
- Project Sprint(s) experience
- Working at Microsoft
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products at Intermediate level
- Team Lead or Leadership experience (of people not projects)
- Advanced Project Management skills or certification
