- Experience as a carpenter foreman, operator foreman or laborer foreman
- Alternatively, college degree in construction-related field
- Entry-Level will have demonstrated interest in construction management through internships and school activities
- Experienced candidates will have verifiable experience with excellent references
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient with iPad, spreadsheets, scheduling and MS Office suite software
