What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Associate - Part Time Night Auditor position at Q Hotels Management?
The Hampton Inn in Laplace, LA is looking for a fun, friendly and energetic individual who would like to be a part of our guest service team!
Individual will be responsible for providing superior customer service skills to all guests during their stay. Persons with exemplary skills in helping people, going above and beyond, and knowing how to make an impact are highly desired.
RELIABILITY AND DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST !
Some duties include:
- Checking in/out guests.
- Accepting reservations via phone and in person.
- Collecting/posting payments and/or charges.
- Providing information about the hotel/general area.
- Administrative tasks.
- Performing additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager and/or General Manager
Part Time position to start with the possibility of additional hours depending on reliability and job performance. Flexible schedules to include weekends and holidays are a must. Holiday pay, lodging discounts, paid training.
