The Hampton Inn in Laplace, LA is looking for a fun, friendly and energetic individual who would like to be a part of our guest service team! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Night Auditor.
Individual will be responsible for providing superior customer service skills to all guests during their stay. Persons with exemplary skills in helping people, going above and beyond, and knowing how to make an impact are highly desired.

RELIABILITY AND DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!
Some duties include:
- Manage the front desk during the overnight
- Check guests in and out
- Accepting reservations via phone and in person.
- Handle guest requests
- Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the guest ledger and completing shift reports
- Collecting/posting payments and/or charges.
- Providing information about the hotel/general area.
- Administrative tasks such as running nights, emailing reports to corporate, collecting the workdays paperwork
- Breakfast preparations
- Performing additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager and/or General Manager
- Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down the counters and restocking supplies
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Excellent attention to details and problem-solving skills
