Leasing Agent-Short-term rentals
The NEW Latitude Apartment Complex is looking for an experienced rental agent for its short-term corporate and vacation rentals. The rental agent will manage the entire rental/ booking process; from listing and marketing to booking and managing the short-term rentals. They will maximize occupancy and revenue for the property owners and provide all guests with an excellent and pleasant experience.
Responsibilities:
Create attractive listings on various platforms to highlight the property's features and amenities.
Monitor booking platform and all extranets as required to ensure no gaps in occupancy.
Manage the booking calendar, set competitive prices based on demand and market insight.
Implement creative sales measures to ensure units are 100% occupied.
Handle all guest inquiries; communicate with the guests before, during and after their stay, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Solicit Feedback from departing guests and respond to all social media.
Post payments to short-term rental folios and ensure Corporate Rental payments are processed Manage all expenses.
Be responsible for arranging the cleaning and maintenance to keep all units in top condition, ensuring that they are 100% ready.
Responds to all inquiries, phone calls, emails, and conducts site visits and tours of the property.
Requirements:
Must have previous leasing experience with short term rentals, Airbnb, and luxury apartments.
Have the ability to communicate effectively.
Computer knowledge a must, including Microsoft Word, Excel, leasing software and social media.
Must be available Evenings/ Nights/ Weekends as occupancy demands
Background check is required.
