- The Leasing Consultant reports to the Community Manager and is responsible for but not

- The Leasing Consultant will serve as the first impression to all who visit our Leasing Office.
- Responsible for the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times and
- Coordinate move-ins and move outs, apartment showings, ensure current and prospective
Qualifications
- Friendly and Professional
- At least 2 years leasing experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding focus on customer service
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in all standard office administration, equipment use and MS Office software is also beneficial.
