What are the responsibilities and job description for the Room Attendant position at Q Hotels?
Essential Functions
- Responds to all guest requests appropriately
- Responsible for the servicing of guest rooms
- Keeps the supply cart neat and organized at all times in compliance with Cajun Lodging standards
- Checks all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in good working order
- Removes room service tables and trays from guest rooms and corridors and place them in service landing
- Hand in any lost and found articles to a supervisor
- Identifies when damages occur in a guest room
- Identifies when items have been taken from the guest room (hair dryer, bathrobes, alarm clocks, etc....)
- Identifies if there are signs of rodents, pests, bedbugs, etc....
- Responsible for knowing Q Hotels' standards for guest room preparation.
