Employment Type : Full-Time (Weekends)
Schedule : Friday, Saturday, Sunday (12 hour shifts) 40 hours pay. Weekend differential of 10% included.
Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Weekend Silencer Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling, welding, and inspecting silencer components to ensure they meet Q quality and performance standards. This is a hands-on position requiring mechanical aptitude, precision, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized silencer equipment to include laser welder, laser engraver, electrical discharge machine (EDM), and automated sand blaster.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure product meets Q quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, materials used, and test results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly process issues, reporting complex problems to the production manager / operations director.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
