The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,100.00 - $68,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Job Summary
The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing routine testing procedures, analyzing specimens, and ensuring accurate documentation of results in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct routine analysis of specimens and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulations.
- Evaluate the validity of analytical results using lab computer algorithms.
- Escalate performance errors or unusual results to senior lab personnel.
- Prepare buffers and solutions for analysis.
- Perform post-analysis sample and reagent storage.
- Assist in the development and review of new laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Maintain lab organization and housekeeping according to 6S standards.
- Notify staff of supply shortages and participate in continuing education activities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology may be required by some CAP/CLIA lab locations (preferred).
- 6 months of relevant lab experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (required).
- Basic knowledge of laboratory principles, equipment, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety, infection control, and chemical handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workflow effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency for data documentation and analysis.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, and close eye work requirements (e.g., computer use, small prints). Physical demands may vary based on assigned work areas and tasks, with occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
