The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $102,000.00 - $170,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

As a Manager, Laboratory Operations - Anatomic Pathology, you will lead a team of laboratory staff, ensuring the effective administration of laboratory testing in compliance with regulatory standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily laboratory operations and staff.
- Providing technical leadership and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Participating in budget planning and cost-saving initiatives.
- Driving continuous improvement and quality assurance efforts.
- Counseling, training, and coaching laboratory staff.
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Monitoring and analyzing operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- >5 years of experience in a regulated environment.
- >4 years of experience in a regulated laboratory.
- >2 years of line management experience.
- Or other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and drive continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of occupational safety, health rules, and regulations.
