Role and Responsibilities
- National Account Manager
- Able to be the right hand of the sales team to manage projects from start to fruition.
- Projects can be multi-faceted as they are different for OEMs, NA’s, Millworkers and Wiring Systems.
- Communicate between customers and applications to ensure all BOMs are accurate and timely.
- Work with product development to keep new developments on schedule.
- Communicate between customer and product development.
- Follow-up with customers to keep open projects on track and schedule.
- Organize pricing structures for different types of customer bases.
- Provide project quotations.
- Quotes new OEM/NA customers.
- Communicate with overseas teams for products being built overseas.
- Receive and Review purchase orders.
- Provide lead times on all potential and new orders.
- Make sure all info in CRM and ERP is correct and uploaded.
- This includes but isn’t limited to:
- Customer info
- Rep / salesperson code routing
- PO’s and Quotes
- All important information for account and project
- All pertinent documents
- Notes from discussions or emails
- And other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Travel requirement:
- Up to 25% travel
