· Good understanding of VIP support for conference rooms setup
· . Good experience with End user and Deskside support
· Crestron Audio/Video device setup & Support, Teams conferencing setup. Conference room support, Zoom setup & Support
· Provide whit glove support onsite for Audio/Video solution at conference rooms for larger events, meetings, and webinars.
· Performing tasks that require physical presence at a Customer Locations.
· Performing installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Audio/Video devices, Conference rooms devices, Windows devices, and Teams /Zoom conferencing solutions.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $24.12 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
