The Director of Performance Marketing will work closely with both the Q1Media sales team and the OpenMoves team to become our resident SEM/SEO expert and help develop business opportunities within this arena. This role is hybrid and based in Austin, with occasional travel to client meetings and industry conferences.

- Position: Director of Performance Marketing, Full Time
- Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
- Hours: 9am-6pm (flexible)
- Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, additional potential bonuses, commissions, and incentives, as well as medical, dental, and vision benefits (no qualifying period), 401k

- Become the resident sales expert for SEM and SEO within the sales team.
- Assist with the acquisition of new clients, and grow the SEM/SEO function of our current clients, for our Performance Marketing Division, OpenMoves.
- Share expertise in managing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.
- Collaborate with the sales team, provide strategies, and help audit, pitch, and close business across performance paid media and SEO marketing solutions.
- Understand and communicate performance marketing capabilities across paid media, SEO, and email.
- Join Account Executives in phone calls, meetings, and client pitches, both via Zoom/Teams and occasionally in-person. Represent Q1Media at occasional industry events and foster new leads and relationships through strategic networking.
- Thrive in a fast-paced culture focused on growth, creativity, and collaboration.
- 5 years of experience in SEO and SEM, ideally versed across the digital scope.
- Strong understanding of and technical skills required for performance marketing capabilities
- Extremely comfortable with enterprise sales and vetting potential leads
- Experience supporting large teams
- Experience with B2B and/or B2C sales is a plus
- Ability to utilize PowerPoint, Google Slides, Slack, Zoom, and Teams
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
