Job Summary:
The Shift Leader is a leadership position at Q2 Management.
This role is an operations leader for inspection and rework activities at various client sites. You will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of quality control inspectors. Together, your team will evaluate parts and assemblies to ensure client production is building safe and visually perfect cars.
Responsibilities:
- Daily shift start-up procedures
- Creating standardized work instructions to guide the inspection process
- Employee validation, training and development
- Leading and motivating your team
- Managing data and time reporting for your team
- Shift communications and scheduling
- Fostering a caring and inclusive team environment
- Develop your team and identify new leadership talent
