The Job At-A-Glance :
Q2 is seeking a Senior Data & Insights Analyst to leverage data and technology to create new ways of measuring performance and delivering insights. This individual will be part of Q2's Innovation Studio team supporting Go-to-Market Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success programs. They will work alongside the Program Manager to provide value engineering, translating data into guidance for sales enablement and marketing success.
A Typical Day :
- Support development and management of KPIs
- Build and provide executive level dashboards and performance reviews
- Maintain day-to-day reporting and ensure data is accurate and complete
- Transform complex data sets into visual representations like reports, charts, graphs, and maps
- Manage data visualization tools and platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making processes
- Partner with Program Manager to support their directed strategy
- Work cross-functionally with teams of data scientists and engineers
- Identify trends and insights that can be used to inform business decisions
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to achieve sales and revenue targets
