And more. Compensation : $27.00- $29.00 / hour (DOE) We have an immediate opening for an Operations Coordinator at our Commerce City, Colorado office.

This position will require administrative duties to assist with our utility operations within our Linemen department. "Position is Full Time, eligible for Hybrid opportunity after in-office training" Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Assist Management in compiling memorandums and other documents as needed.

Responsible for arranging meetings, conferences, and teleconferences

Responsible for maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas

Maintain various Excel tracking sheets for scheduling records

Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Prepare correspondence, as necessary to ensure clarity in communications between project teams, clients, and other relevant departments.

Perform additional administrative tasks when required Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Two years’ related experience

Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Self-motivated and highly professional with a positive attitude

Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficient

Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situations

Ability to maintain and protect confidential information

Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Smart sheets, and Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal / external) Q3 Contracting is a drug-free environment and all candidates are subject to drug testing.
