Summary:
The Q39 sauté cook is a line cook position that accurately and efficiently cooks and plates menu items from the sauté station. The sauté station consists of open-flame burners, toasting on the flat top, and crafting hot side dishes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of products served.

Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, qualitystandards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.

Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.

Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.

Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations.

Assists others in closing the kitchen.

Performs other related duties as assigned by the sous chef.
