Job Description
Sales/Revenue Operations Lead Position Overview
We seek an experienced hands-on Sales/Revenue Operations Manager who can double as the Chief of Staff to lead revenue-generating activities and optimize sales performance.
Responsibilities
- HubSpot Administration: Ensure HubSpot is effectively configured and tailored to meet the needs of our sales team.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity, data maintenance, and data hygiene initiatives within HubSpot.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create insightful reports and dashboards offering key performance metrics and actionable insights for the sales team and leadership.
- Forecasting: Own the monthly forecasting process, Sales Funnel, and data accuracy, in collaboration with the Sales and Finance team.
- Sales Enablement: Support the CTO by providing data-driven recommendations and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Sales Governance: Lead weekly Sales pipeline and activity discussions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement Sales process improvements, automations, and optimizations.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in business management, sales operations, sales planning, or revenue operations.
- Proficiency in HubSpot at an advanced level and strong knowledge of CRM tools.
- Strong analytical, operational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective leadership abilities and team management experience.
