What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at QA+M Architecture?
Full-time, in-office position responsible for various marketing and communications activities in support of the marketing and office staff. This is not a social media or graphics position, although some social media and graphics may occasionally be necessary.
Responsibilities
- RFP/RFQ research and follow-up
- Organize and assemble qualifications / proposals in response to RFQs/RFPs
- Assist with interview presentation preparation
- Assist Marketing/Principals/Associates with business development: letters, informational packets, mailings, trade shows
- Update and organize marketing materials
- Miscellaneous marketing activities as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of marketing and/or communications experience (preferably in the Architectural / Engineering / Construction Industry)
- Working knowledge of Adobe programs, preferably Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Proactive and able to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multiple-task a must
- Desire to work in a hands-on, team-based environment
