As we continue to grow, we are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representatives to play a key role in our next phase of growth.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by increasing sales leads, fostering new and existing relationships, and exploring various opportunities within your assigned geographical territory. You will be at the forefront of driving sales development activities for all our brands, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Applicants must reside within their assigned territory, therefore applicants must live in TX, NC, SC, FL, TN, or GA.


What You Will Do:

  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, prospects, and builders within the assigned territory to promote QA1 product brands and benefits.
  • Provide product training to help resellers close business with QA1 products.
  • Research additional markets/industries and utilize creative strategies to effectively prospect and cold call.
  • Identify opportunities to attract new customers, explore new markets, and generate inbound leads.
  • Serve as the champion of customer experience, ensuring best-in-class service and technical support.
  • Apply knowledge of vehicle suspension systems, channel distribution networks, and company products via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Provide competitive feedback on target market segments and direct competitors.
  • Provide post-sale support to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance.
  • Maintain and report sales activity logs or reports.
  • Represent the brands at trade shows and industry events.
  • Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1.


The Critical Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

  • This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory, including several trips per month by airplane and automobile. A valid driver's license is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle suspension products.
  • Passion for the automotive and performance industry.
  • Strong networking within the high-performance and motorsports industry.
  • Commitment to championing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate, build, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, recognized as a trusted and effective business partner.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a creative, solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions.
  • Open communicator with excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening, presenting).
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently while contributing to the team’s success.
  • Developed sales skills and a strong grasp of various sales techniques to help promote products and close deals.
  • Time-management skills to work with assigned customers and responsibilities in their territory.
  • Critical-thinking skills to help identify customer problems, needs, wants, and limitations and effectively assess opportunities to grow in the market.
  • Problem solver with ability to think on feet to quickly solve customer problems.
  • Quick learner to absorb necessary information regarding the products/services and adapt to new changes.
  • Approachable personality.
  • Experience with different sales and negotiation techniques, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products and capable of quickly training and becoming proficient with ERP system (Syteline).
  • Ability to work with a diverse team.
