Now Hiring : Barista at Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co. (Dublin, OH)

Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co., located at 6181 Sawmill Rd Unit B , is seeking a Barista to join our dynamic team. We want someone who is :

Self-driven, punctual, and engaged
Comfortable appearing on our social media channels (for ads, promotions, and more)
Open to cleaning duties and maintaining a spotless work environment

No previous barista experience is required —we will provide training. However, previous coffee or service experience is preferred .

Responsibilities

Prepare hot and cold drinks according to customer requests

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning tasks

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Interact with customers professionally and courteously

Participate in social media content (photos, videos, etc.) as needed

Qualifications

High integrity with a consistent attendance record

Strong attention to detail

Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Must be open to training and comfortable being featured on social platforms

Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $15.00 / hour.
