We are currently looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep.
Job Responsibilities:
Dishwashing:
- Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and glassware.
- Ensure the dishwashing area is clean and organized.
- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine.
- Perform regular checks and maintenance of the dishwashing machine and report any issues.
Food Preparation:
- Assist in basic food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food prep areas.
General Duties:
- Assist with maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensure garbage is disposed of properly and frequently.
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
