In your new role as Premium Host, you will provide exceptional customer service with an emphasis on delivering personalised premium service to Qantas First Class, Chairman's Lounge, Platinum, Gold Frequent Flyer Members and Major Corporate Accounts ensuring an effortless and superior travel experience through the airport environment for Qantas First and Premium passengers. You will demonstrate a positive and analytical approach to problem solving and ability to produce results within tight timeframes. You’ll have: Minimum of 2 years in an airport operation business Knowledge of arrival and departure procedures and formalities. Knowledge in all aspects of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program, other recognition and loyalty programs such as Chairman's Lounge, Qantas Club benefits and entitlements. Understanding of the Aviation Legislation requirements as they pertain to Qantas and the ability to ensure implementation of the robust corporate processes and procedures to ensure Airport compliance. Proficient use of the Qantas Check-in system (desirable). Willing to be trained in all aspects of operational, safety, security, dangerous goods and emergency policies and procedures as outlined in various operational manuals Ability to assist premium customers with their baggage (within established OH&S guidelines) Highly developed interpersonal & relationship management skills with attention to detail and a positive approach to all aspects of the role.
