Duties :
Perform interior and exterior painting, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and carpentry installation and repairs.
Alert supervisor to defective or unsafe equipment, machinery, systems or conditions, or take immediate corrective action, if necessary.
Work from a variety of written instructions, checklists, schedules, as well as other communications.
Ability to work an off-shift as needed .
- Observe departmental directives, good housekeeping procedures, and safety rules when performing work. Wear appropriate protective equipment such as masks, safety glasses, gloves, shoes, and aprons as necessary.
- Work from a variety of information such as prints, schematics, service manuals and similar material in course of operations.
- May work with other maintenance personnel as required.
- May be assigned to perform other related duties as assigned.
- Opportunity to earn an hourly wage of $20.00.
