We are seeking an experienced Insurity Business Analyst with a strong background in the P&C Insurance domain to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts to drive effective solutions that enhance the efficiency and performance of Insurity-based systems within the insurance industry. You will play a key role in gathering business requirements, defining system functionalities, and ensuring successful implementation of Insurity's suite of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Insurity's systems.
Process Mapping: Map current business processes and identify opportunities for improvements through automation or system enhancements using Insurity platforms.
Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet the business requirements, ensuring that they align with business goals and objectives.
Insurity System Implementation: Support the implementation and customization of Insurity software to meet the specific needs of the P&C insurance domain.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business users, project managers, and IT teams, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and technical requirements.
Testing and Validation: Develop test cases, perform system testing, and support the validation process to ensure that implemented solutions work as expected.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support for Insurity-based systems, ensuring users understand the functionality and features.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously analyze existing processes and systems, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on P&C Insurance.
In-depth knowledge of Insurity software and solutions (e.g., Insurity's Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting).
Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes and workflows.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
