VP, Regional Marketing-CropVP, Regional Marketing-Crop Locations : Work Remotely in the following states in the United States : North Carolina, Kentucky, Louisiana, Florida, South Carolina.Time Type : Full timePosted on : Posted 8 Days AgoJob Requisition ID : 334275Primary Details The Opportunity : The purpose of this role is to direct and lead all aspects of sales and marketing initiatives through business strategy and performance objectives to support achievement of business initiatives, ensure adherence to organizational governance, and contribute to growth and profitability.Your New Role Provide technical direction, leadership, and coaching to portfolio professionals to support the achievement of new business and retention sales objectives.Ensure compliance with regulations and manage information provision to customers and intermediaries.Oversee the maintenance and documentation of agent contracts and commission schedules ensuring compliance with licensing and training requirements.Partner with peers and key stakeholders in the development and marketing of new products.Identify opportunities for process and procedural improvements.Direct the development of agency compensation programs in conjunction with the business plan and agent partner strategies.Manage budgeted resources by anticipating expenditures, accurately forecasting resource needs / costs, and properly accounting for expenses to meet requirements and achieve fiscal responsibility.Required Qualifications Secondary school certification.Valid Driver's License.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Preferred Work Experience Experience in crop insurance industry.Significant experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet business objectives.Significant relevant sales and marketing experience in the crop insurance industry.Compensation Package The salary range for this role is between $126,500-$189,500. This is the national range for location(s) listed.
