Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate’s professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE’s annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance. - Work Arrangement: This role is fully remote {Monday-Friday 37.5 Hours}
- The salary range for this role is between $126,500-$189,500
- Provide technical direction, leadership, and coaching to portfolio professionals to support the achievement of new business and retention sales objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage information provision to customers and intermediaries.
- Oversee the maintenance and documentation of agent contracts and commission schedules ensuring compliance with licensing and training requirements.
- Partner with peers and key stakeholders in the development and marketing of new products.

- Identify opportunities for process and procedural improvements.
- Direct the development of agency compensation programs in conjunction with the business plan and agent partner strategies.

- Manage budgeted resources by anticipating expenditures, accurately forecasting resource needs/costs and properly accounting for expenses to meet requirements and achieve fiscal responsibility.
- Secondary school certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience in crop insurance industry.
- Significant experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Significant relevant sales and marketing experience in the crop insurance industry.
