We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Verifier to join our team. Duties
- Making sure containers are being unloaded on time.
- Recruiting your own staff
- Conduct outbound calls to verify client information and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
- Analyze information provided by clients to identify discrepancies or issues.
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the verification process.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and streamline operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all client information.
Qualifications
