Volleyball Coach

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Volleyball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sports environment. This role requires a strong understanding of volleyball techniques and strategies, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of varying skill levels.

Duties
- Plan and conduct effective training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies.
- Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Organize and lead practices, ensuring that all participants are engaged and learning.
- Develop game plans for competitions and communicate strategies to players.
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, respect, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote the overall athletic program.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain open communication with players, parents, and school officials regarding player progress and team activities.

Skills
- Strong background in sports coaching with experience in volleyball preferred.
- Experience working with students in an educational or athletic setting is ideal
- Familiarity with physical education principles and coaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback.
- Ability to motivate athletes and create a supportive team environment.
- Strong organizational skills to plan practices, games, and team events.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per year
