We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our client, a leading event marketing firm. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service, communication, and event coordination. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, attendees, and partners, while supporting the firm's marketing and event initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, event attendees, and partners.
  • Assist in answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the event marketing team by coordinating event details and managing client expectations.
  • Help in the preparation and distribution of event materials and promotional content.
  • Assist with event logistics and ensure smooth execution of on-site activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless event operations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report on customer service trends to improve strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
