We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Events and Promotions Assistant to join our client’s team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing, and promotions. You will play a key role in supporting the coordination of events and promotional activities that increase brand visibility and customer engagement for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in execution of marketing events, such as trade shows, corporate events, and promotional activities.
- Help manage event logistics, including venue setup, coordinating supplies, and ensuring smooth event execution.
- Support the distribution of promotional materials to enhance event visibility.
- Engage with event attendees and clients, providing exceptional customer service and information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive event promotion and marketing initiatives.
- Track event outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
