Responsibilities :
- Assist in campaign development
- Aid in maintaining consumer acquisition and retention
- Provide exceptional customer care
- Take on leadership responsibilities and develop networking skills
- Execute promotional campaigns
- Contribute to increasing brand awareness
- Strategize, execute, and manage campaigns with the Brand Ambassador teams
- Positively communicate with customers
- Identify customer needs and offer solutions
- Assist in developing leads and maintaining client satisfaction
- Support marketing associates with projects and campaigns as needed
Requirements :
- Full-time availability required
- Ability to work some weekends
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to work well solo or with a team
- Desire to travel
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-starter, problem solver, team player
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to start immediately
