POSITION DESCRIPTION:
QCELLS seeks a Business Operations Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing as well as determining and sharing commission payment amounts to external business partners based on the progress of each B2C project. This position will report to the Planning Director of Axia FP&O, or another senior personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position will be based in San Francisco or Irvine, CA offices working hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position will require up to 20% travel as needed.

Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of the rooftop solar installation job contracted by Axia Solar and summarize the milestone status during the designated period
- Understand the company’s pricing policies and procedures to process all the required payments
- Calculate the detailed sales partner’s commission and the incentive of the internal sales representative
- Share the detailed calculation result with each Sales Partner after the payment
- Communicate with the external Sales Partners to explain the commission amount and the calculation process
- 3-5 year of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong computer skills including advanced level of computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong and professional, written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in meetings, calls, presentations and email
- Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time
- Ability to identify and develop key strategic partnerships
- Must be comfortable interfacing outside the company, including executive presentations, negotiations, and contractual review
- Must be self-motivated, creative, and possess strategic planning skills
- High degree of professionalism and conduct
- Data analysis-related experience
