POSITION DESCRIPTION:
EnFin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration Product Manager who will own and define the technical requirements to design and build the APIs and Integrations with third party software solutions supporting Solar Lending/Leasing. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position on a fast-growing team with an opportunity to contribute to overall business strategy and product vision. This role owns our product strategy and pipeline, helps to translate business needs into technical scope, and defines the Integration roadmap and timeline. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is an organized thinker with technical experience leading to full-cycle product development and experience in the fintech lending/leasing sector.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with engineering and business team leadership to design and build solutions and integrations.
- Lead the entire product cycle from ideation and requirements gathering to research and design, to development and launch.
- Design product strategy and own product pipeline and roadmap.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and coordinate workstreams across teams.
- Track and manage key external vendor and customer relationships.
- Evaluate and own decisions between buying and building products.
- Collect data across the business to drive the team towards data-driven decisions.
- Prioritize and deliver iteratively in a continuously changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology or engineering related field with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in the technical field with at least 4-6 years’ experience as a Technical Product Manager and minimum of 2 years’ Salesforce experience.
- Strong understanding of APIs and prior experience in integration.
- Software engineering background or other technical experience in Salesforce.
- Experience working in the financial services industry (lending/leasing is a plus).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, such as start-ups or rapidly growing companies.
