Responsibilities
- Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting visual tests.
- Rejecting products that fail to meet established quality standards.
- Ensure the line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
- Documents inspection results for final product grading.
- Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects.
- Help other operators during breaktimes.
- Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
- Must be detail oriented and able to analyze information on computer monitor for 12 hours.
- Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction.
- Able to stand and be on your feet for up to 12 hours.
