POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Third party risk management/vendor management is a key function for ensuring proper management of risk for any company as it relates to its vendors and ensuring the company can maintain its operations should a vendor no longer be able to render services (long or short term). At Enfin, we have various areas where Vendor Managers have limited oversight of their respective vendors. Enfin is now seeking a Third Pary Risk Manager who will be within the Compliance department to oversee the enterprise-wide program and properly administer the regulatory requirements.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.

Responsibilities
- Champion the enterprise Vendor Management purpose throughout the organization; train and advise internal Vendor Managers on the vendor management processes.
- Conducting regular vendor service reviews including use of a clear vendor scorecard methodology.
- Partner and coordinate closely with internal stakeholder areas (IT, Operations, Compliance, Accounting).
- Escalate issues to management as required; work to resolve issues as needed.
- Support various ad hoc projects supporting program enhancements, process improvements, and other functions.
- Determine best methods to model, manipulate and present data to identify vendor risk. Use advanced analytical techniques to review processes and propose automation of processes via workflow software tools.
- Assist with updates and development of Third-Party related policies, procedures, training, and communication of the program across the enterprise.
- Provide subject matter expertise to Vendor Managers and business partners to appropriately assess and manage vendor risk.
- Assist in addressing internal and external audit requests and responses, as applicable.
- As the 2nd line of defense, complete business line assessments that measure adherence to the Third-Party Risk Management program; maintain trending and present results.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related field with 8 years of professional work experience with a minimum of 5 years direct vendor management experience -OR- 10 years of Bank/Fintech experience with knowledge of vendor management processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence effectively.
- Comfortable working with external vendors as well as cross-functionally to drive business results.
- Self-driven, superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
- Excels in ambiguous situations and is a creative problem solver.
- Approach strategic analysis with an unbiased mindset, can empathize with stakeholders and make thoughtful, data-driven recommendations

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
