POSITION DESCRIPTION :
The Vendor Management Analyst will support the Vendor Management team by working directly with vendors and internal partners on loan level inquiries, audit support, project support, analytics, vendor oversight tasks and policy and procedure maintenance. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-growing team with an opportunity to contribute to the business's operations from pre-funding through loan servicing and collections processes.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be available for exceptional cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce scorecard analytics for third party partnerships to aid in performance management and capacity planning.
- Partner with internal and vendor personnel on loan level inquiries requiring internal assistance and coordination.
- Complete account level audits and reviews, including call listening, to aid in vendor oversight.
- Create and maintain applicable policies and procedures.
- Research and gather evidence and samples for audits.
- Provide outreach, follow up support and documentation to assist with new and ongoing projects.
