POSITION DESCRIPTION :
EnFin is seeking a talented and experienced technical professional to serve as Technical Lead to develop and enhance technology on the Salesforce platform and Q2 Cloud Lending, that support various mission-critical business processes.
The Technical Lead must have an excellent background in Java / Force.com programming / application design, and an understanding of JavaScript, CSS, XML and HTML. Candidates should have a history of building successful Web-based solutions using Web Services and the ability to grasp a variety of unfamiliar technologies and integrate them quickly. The ideal candidate should also be able to write codes that others can understand, support, maintain and expand, and provide other team members with directions on development projects. Demonstrated ability to anticipate technology lifecycle issues, work with projects involving multiple systems, and influence the team to deliver durable, extensible solutions.
This role requires the candidate to be a self-starter, who can contribute ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate on many projects within the team’s portfolio that may be outside the domain of expertise. Experience in the fintech lending sector is a plus. This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and write highly scalable internal web applications using Force.com technologies.
- Develop all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial technical designs, development and testing, implementation to production systems.
- Work with team members to develop new features, as well as enhance existing infrastructure and frameworks.
- Utilizing and learning new features, technologies, and to communicate effectively with various business owners, technical staff members, and cross functional teams.
- Leading and influencing the design approach for new applications and features.
- Maintaining and configuring development and test instances on sandboxes.
