Senior Project Manager, TPO Special Projects

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The Senior Project Manager, TPO Special Projects will build and execute processes and products to support the Third Party Owned operational workflow.  The role will coordinate with business partners across the organization to intake and prioritize business needs for process enhancements for TPO special project milestones. This role will support and contribute to the business's operations in scaling the company’s growth. This position reports to the Head of EnFin Strategy & Ops or another member of senior management that the President of the EnFin or Head of EnFin Strategy & Ops may designate. This position will be based out of the Irvine, CA office, with an in-office schedule that is set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote options are available for exceptional cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the creation and rollout of processes for EnFin TPO program to align with internal risk policies, investor / market requirements.
• Take ownership on the roll out of new procedures and processes in order to ensure a smooth transition to the designated party.
• Must take a lead on being the product SME for all EnFin PTO operational processes and requirements.
• Create new required reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program enhancements, and document areas of improvement and excellence.
• Initiate projects throughout the organizations and collaborate with relevant EnFin team to create and manage TPO Program updates and announcements to our Partner Installers.  This includes verifying the contents of the TPO Partner Newsletter and targeted notifications as applicable.
• Lead a way to enhance the Partner Portal UI / UX Improvements for TPO Program by collaborating with the EnFin Dev team to add new features and / or improvements to existing Partner Portal for better customer experience.
• All other assignments and special projects, as requested by Management.
