POSITION DESCRIPTION :
The Senior Service Planning Manager will support the expansion of new business opportunities, focusing on developing new business models, particularly for platform business, by increasing the adoption rate of digital products. Candidates will collaborate with senior management as well as functional experts from Sales and marketing, Energy Service, Digital Products, and Finance at all levels.
This position will play an important role in the growth of our business, especially in the residential renewable energy market. This position reports to the Director of Platform Business or other senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is based out of our Irvine office, with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Remote options could be considered for exceptional cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Internal / external sales channel / partnership development that can support sales channel expansion of digital products (platform, solution, module level) based on understanding of workflow and business complexity of industry.
- Plan sales and marketing activities for a strong brand identity by working with Marketing and Sales teams to launch new initiatives and enhance our delivery of communications into the market
- Train and support by providing resources, tools, and training to channel partners to maximize sales potential
- Support on digital product commercialization in service, building service and pricing policy and enhancement of product in terms of customer (partners, sales, and installers, etc.) engagement
- Implement customer education programs to maximize product usage
- Deliver outputs in documented format.
