POSITION DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a full-time Sr Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! The Sr TAC will work closely with the Human Resources team and will be concentrating on TA Operations and supporting the candidate hiring journey, from posting jobs to onboarding new candidates. This position reports to the Sr Talent Acquisition Manager or another member of senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position will be onsite in our Irvine, California office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the TA Ops team by providing administrative support
- Organize employee data in the company’s internal databases (HRIS, ATS, etc)
- Creating job postings and managing requisitions in the ATS
- Schedule and coordinate hiring manager interviews
- Process background checks
- Prepare offer letters and facilitate the pre-hire process for new hires
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the candidate experience
- Projects as assigned
- Perform other Talent Acquisition administrative duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
