Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SAP key user for warehouse to oversee and optimize SAP process management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring process alignment, developing effective warehouse strategies, and supporting the operational efficiency of our SAP user community. This role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying gaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance process performance and reduce business risk.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP for the Warehouse organization.
- Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of WMS solutions and ensure alignment of inventory between SAP and the WMS solution
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to understand their needs and translate them into SAP functional requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP WM/EWM functionalities and processes.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and update SAP process documentation and user manuals.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with SAP updates, enhancements, and new technologies related to warehouse management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SAP WM/EWM certification is a plus.
