Job Summary
The BSA/AML Senior Analyst is responsible for contributing to the effective management of risk at QCR Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries. This role will design, implement, and operate one or more core components of the Second Line BSA/AML function, including related processes and systems. The Senior Analyst will deliver ongoing Quality Assurance (QA) of subsidiary banks’ BSA/AML practices, including alerts, cases, and SARs. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Essential Functions
Identify BSA/AML risks of varying complexity, including high-complexity and emerging risks.
Assess and understand BSA/AML risks of varying complexity, including high-complexity and emerging risks.
Deliver ongoing effective challenge, support, and follow-through to confirm that significant BSA/AML risks are effectively mitigated or avoided.
Propose enhancements to and produce timely, relevant, and accurate monitoring and reporting of BSA/AML risks to senior management and committees.
Design and implement enhancements and reliably operate one or more core components of the Second Line’s BSA/AML Compliance Program that supports the adequacy and effectiveness of BSA/AML compliance. Examples of core components include quality assurance (QA), BSA/AML policies and procedures, risk assessments, BSA/AML monitoring, and BSA training.
Design, implement, and operate Quality Assurance (QA) of subsidiary banks’ BSA/AML practices, including alerts, cases, and SARs.
Contribute to policies and procedures that promote the effective management of BSA/AML risks.
Demonstrate broad, expert-level knowledge of BSA/AML compliance.
Maintain meaningful and constructive collaboration with peers and internal stakeholders.
Champion the Company's risk culture and maintain constructive relationships with peers and stakeholders.
Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements that are applicable to this position.
Foster and preserve a culture of inclusion.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be required to support the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent of education and experience.
Minimum Four Years Banking Experience.
Minimum four years BSA/AML experience, preferably in a similar QA role or a senior role with responsibility for SAR reporting.
Relevant credential issued by a state or community banking industry association.
Demonstrated broad, expert level knowledge of BSA/AML compliance.
Working Conditions
Duties are performed in a professional office environment.
Salary & Benefits
The following compensation and benefits information is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws.
The minimum salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 annually. The actual starting salary will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law.
This position is a regular full-time position, and individuals employed as regular full-time are eligible for the following benefits subject to the terms, limitations and conditions of each benefit plan: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, FSA, HSA, 401K, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and additional Voluntary Supplemental Insurance.
