The preferred candidate for this position will possess the ability to achieve success as an independent contributor as well as a collaborative teammate within the Human Resources Department, and as a leader to internal and external clients and partners, and the QCRH organization as a whole.
Key functions of this role include the ability to learn and perform within a variety of key Human Resources competencies and functions to include Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Inclusion, Culture, & Talent, Training and Development, and general administrative responsibilities. This individual will rotate through different areas within HR to gain a full understanding of the business. This individual will communicate with the Human Resources team, leadership, and other employees across the organization in a polished, relatable, and professional manner.
Our internship offers a comprehensive and immersive experience for students interested in gaining practical knowledge and skills within Human Resources. You will be exposed to different leaders and aspects of the business. You will have the opportunity to complete tasks that will help you understand the day-to-day operations and develop well-rounded skillsets and valuable experience.
