QCR Holdings is looking for a Third-Party Risk Analyst Ito join our team. The Third-Party Risk Analyst I supports the operation of the Company's Third-Party Risk Management Program and the effective management of risk throughout all stages of the third-party life cycle-planning, due diligence, contract negotiation, ongoing monitoring, and termination.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Champions adherence to the Company's Third-Party Risk Management Policy through ongoing education and reinforcement with stakeholders.
- Promotes productive and positive collaboration with stakeholders, including third-party owners, Enterprise Contracts Management, and subject matter experts.
- Reviews, evaluates and responds to planning requests for new and materially changed third-party relationships in coordination with stakeholders, g., Enterprise Contracts Management, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated ability, through work experience or education, to analyze, distill, and effectively summarize large amounts of information to inform appropriate action.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of staff and management.
- Enthusiasm for collaborative and proactive problem-solving to achieve shared goals.
- Strong sense of accountability and passion for accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study that emphasizes critical analysis and written communication (g., business, humanities, social sciences, etc.), or the equivalent in related work experience.
