TITLE : Loan Documentation Specialist I
JOB FAMILY : Credit

PAY GRADE & FLSA : 5, Non-Exempt
JOB SUMMARY :
The Loan Documentation Specialist I will be responsible for producing loan documentation for our commercial loan portfolio, including new loan closings, modifications, and renewals. This role will contribute to the overall success of the bank by providing top quality service to all clients while following the organization's policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Produce loan documents from loan software system.
- Verify corporate and trust documents for proper signing authorities.
- Review insurance certificates for conformance with bank requirements for new loans, modifications and / or renewals.
- Adhere to regulations for commercial loan compliance, Bank loan policy and procedures and lending regulations.
- Assist in the development of commercial loan department documentation to accomplish tasks and / or duties inherent in the position.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent service to internal and external clients.
- Actively interact with other departments and facilities to advance the overall interests of entity.
- Handle special projects.
- Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements applicable to this position.
