The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the expansion of our clients global parenteral product manufacturing network, supporting the company's commitment to delivering high-quality medicines to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle management of a capital project at the acquired manufacturing facility
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, procurement, and regulatory affairs to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee the selection and management of contractors and vendors involved in the project.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing capital projects in the life science industry, with a focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing. Experience in oil and gas or chemical industries may also be considered.
- Proven track record of successfully leading capital projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP requirements preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
