The project is a large-scale greenfield capital project that requires a skilled Procurement Specialist to lead procurement activities from the onset of the project.

The project is a large-scale greenfield capital project that requires a skilled Procurement Specialist to lead procurement activities from the onset of the project.
Skill and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in CAPEX procurement, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience sourcing capital equipment for large capital projects ($500M ) in a regulated environment.
- Strong experience in contract negotiations, supplier management, and capital project execution.
- Project management skills with the ability to align procurement activities with construction, engineering, and operational timelines.
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical capital equipment procurement.
- Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, and installation coordination for capital projects.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, project controls, automation, and finance.

- Leverage expertise in procurement to source high-quality goods and services for the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of procurement activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategies to minimize costs and maximize value throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
