Job Description:
We are looking for a Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) with extensive experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Decisioning strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to define and implement intelligent decisioning solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of Pega Decisioning solutions, including Next-Best-Action (NBA), Predictive Analytics, and Adaptive Models.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define business rules, and create solution roadmaps.
- Work closely with Pega development teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Define and optimize real-time and batch decisioning strategies using Pega CDH.
- Ensure the effective integration of Pega Decisioning with external data sources, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Oversee multi-channel customer engagement strategies, including email, web, mobile, and call center interactions.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Pega implementation, governance, and business process management (BPM).
- Drive the adoption of AI-driven decisioning capabilities to enhance customer engagement.
- Lead requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
- Mentor and train junior Business Architects and Decisioning Consultants.
- 12 years of overall experience in Pega, with at least 5 years in Pega Decisioning.
- Strong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Next-Best-Action (NBA), Adaptive and Predictive Analytics.
- Pega Certified Business Architect (CPBA) and/or Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) preferred.
- Experience working on Pega 8.x versions.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, marketing automation, and AI-driven decisioning.
- Experience integrating Pega with CRM, data warehouses, and third-party APIs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business users, IT teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading end-to-end Pega Decisioning implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
