We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Position Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote new products or services
Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
Skills and Requirements
Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Proficient in data entry and computer skills
